By visiting zundou.org or using any of our products (ai2ia, Promps, KakeiBon, JaIM), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

2. Description of Services

zundou.org is a portal site operated by Yoshihiro NAKAHARA, providing access to the following open-source products:

• ai2ia - AI prompt optimization and response comparison tool
• Promps - Visual block-based prompt management platform
• KakeiBon by Rust - Personal finance management application
• JaIM - LLM-powered Japanese input method for Linux

All products are free and open-source under the MIT License.

3. Use of Products

• All products are provided free of charge under the MIT License.
• You are responsible for providing your own API keys when using AI features.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each AI provider you use through our products.
• You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Donations

We accept voluntary donations through Ko-fi. Donations are entirely optional, non-refundable, and do not grant any additional features or privileges. Donations are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

The source code of our products is released under the MIT License. The product names, logos, and website content are the property of the operator (Yoshihiro NAKAHARA) and may not be used without permission, except as permitted by the MIT License.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The operator shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website.

8. Third-Party Services

Our products may connect to third-party AI providers using your API keys. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of responses from these providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
